Mint Cucumber Lemonade
1 cup cucumber
1 whole lemon
1/4 cup mint
1. Slice cucumber thin and add to 1qt water.
2. Slice, then squeeze lemons into water. Add the leftover rinds as well.
3. Lightly chop mint and add.
